Requests and quotes

A request sent through our website is not a booking. We confirm work in writing after reviewing your instructions. Quotes set out the scope, price, assumptions and how long the quote is valid. Changes to accepted work are made by a written variation that you accept.

Your instructions

You are responsible for giving us the responsible authority’s current notice instructions and approved notice content. We install and print what you give us; we do not write or alter the wording of statutory notices, and we do not provide legal or planning advice.

Our work and evidence

We carry out the work with reasonable care and skill and give you a photographic record of what we did. Our evidence reports record what we observed and photographed at the time of each visit. They are not a certificate that any statutory requirement has been met; whether notice was properly given is a matter for the applicant and the responsible authority.

Access and site conditions

Please give us safe, lawful access and any codes, keys or site contacts we need. If we cannot access the site or it is unsafe to work, we will record the attempt and contact you. Return visits may be charged as set out in your quote.

Notices during the display period

Notices can be damaged or removed by others. Where our quote includes checks or replacement, we will carry those out. Otherwise, let us know if a notice is missing and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms are set out in your quote.

Payment

Invoices are payable within the terms stated on the invoice.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
