What we do

Install the notice(s) to the authority’s written instructions: number of signs, location on the land, height and visibility.
Photograph the installation: a wide shot with the property, the whole notice, legible notice text, and its position relative to the street.
Record the attendance date and time, the worker, and any site issues such as obstructed frontages or access problems.
Send you an evidence report once the photos have been reviewed against the checklist. Any exception is stated in the report.
Supply the dated evidence pack an applicant relies on when the authority asks for a statutory declaration of display. The declaration itself is made by the applicant.

Requirements differ between councils and between applications. We follow the instructions issued for your application rather than a standard template, so please send them with your request.
