Planning notice removal
When the advertising period has ended, we remove the notice and photograph the site afterwards, so your file shows the full display period from installation to removal.
What we do
- Book the removal visit for after the display end date you give us. We do not remove early unless you confirm the authority has agreed.
- Photograph the notice before removal where useful, the location after removal, and the final site condition.
- Add the removal record to the same job as the installation, so both sit in one report history.
If the authority extends or restarts the advertising period, tell us and we will move the removal date.
Common questions
Not answered here? All questions or ask us.
- When should the notice come down?
- After the advertising period in the authority’s instructions has ended. Give us the end date and we book the removal for after it; we never remove early without your confirmation that the authority has agreed.
- Do you remove notices you did not install?
- Yes. Send the site address and the end date, and we remove the notice and photograph the site afterwards.
- What if the advertising period is extended?
- Tell us and we move the removal date. If the authority requires the notice to be re-displayed, we can reinstall and photograph it again.
