- Who do the letters go to?
- The recipient list you supply, usually the adjoining owners and occupiers named in the authority’s instructions. We post the letters, keep a dispatch record and use the list only for your mail-out.
- Can you arrange the newspaper notice?
- Yes. Send the notice text and the publication the authority requires; we place it and collect the proof of publication for your file.
