Questions people ask us
Do you know the notice requirements for my council?
Requirements are set for each application by the responsible authority, usually the council. We install to the instructions issued for your application, so please send them with your request. If something in them is unclear, we will ask you before we install.
How long does a notice need to stay up?
It depends on the authority’s instructions for your application. Your notice instructions will say. Tell us the period and we will schedule removal after it ends.
Can you sign the statutory declaration?
No. Where the authority asks for a declaration, it is made by the applicant, not by us. We give you dated photographic evidence to support it.
What happens if the notice is damaged or goes missing?
Tell us, or we will tell you if we find it during a check. We replace it, photograph the replacement and update you. Whether the advertising period needs to restart is for the authority to decide.
Can I send several properties at once?
Yes. Add each site to one request. Each site gets its own job, schedule and report, so nothing gets mixed up.
What if you can’t get into the property?
Our worker records the attempt with photos and we contact you to rearrange. Please send gate codes, key arrangements or a site contact with your request.
Which areas do you cover?
We are starting in Melbourne and across Victoria. If your site is regional, include it in your request and we will confirm before quoting.
How do I get the photos?
You receive an evidence report by email once the photos have been reviewed. You can also download your reports from the client portal.
